About us
We operate the apartment as a small family business, based on the service contract concluded with the hotel, so we provide our guests with the same conditions that the hotel provides. We have mostly returning, regular customers, which we are very proud of. We strive to provide the highest level of services so that all our dear guests return satisfied. In December 2022, the Hungarian Tourism Certification Board rated our accommodation as four stars.

Room Bookings
Accommodation can be booked by e-mail. We make a written offer, and if it is accepted, we send a written confirmation. The reservation requires an advance payment, for which we will issue an advance invoice, the amount of the advance will be credited to the final invoice.
In the summer, we only have training weeks, from Sunday to Sunday, for seven nights.
Arrival is from 16:00 on Sunday, check-out until 10:00 on Sunday.
Outside the summer season, the minimum stay is 2 nights.
The apartment must be checked in through the hotel's reception, the identification documents of all guests required for check-in must be presented in accordance with the legal regulations, from September 6, 2021.

Wellness area
In all cases, the accommodation fee includes the entrance wristwatches required for unlimited use of the wellness area. You can enter the wellness center and the apartment with the chip on the watch. The guest can access the wellness area from the apartment through a closed, heated corridor. We provide bathrobes, wellness towels and bed linen.

Parking
Parking is free for one car in the hotel's parking lot.
Meals, half board
The hotel offers half-board at a discounted price for a separate fee. All our dear guests receive a 15% discount on the price of hotel services. Hotel consumption can be charged to the room bill, which must be settled at the hotel reception upon departure. It is only possible to pay by bank card!
Consumption, settlement
The accommodation can be arranged by bank transfer (bank account number: 12100011-17642411) or with an OTP or MKB SZÉP card payment option. In addition to unlimited wellness use, the accommodation fee includes free participation in the hotel's animation programs. The accommodation fee does not include the stay in the playhouse with personal childcare.
Tourist tax
A tourist tax of HUF 590/person/night is payable for each guest night over the age of 18. Tourist tax can only be paid by bank transfer, not by SZÉP card payment.
Equipment
The apartment has an equipped kitchen, dishes, cutlery and glasses are available for four people. A microwave oven, refrigerator (without freezer), ceramic stove, tea and coffee maker (dolce gusto capsules) are available. The hotel prepares bed linen, towels, bathrobes and sanitary ware. The bathroom has a hairdryer and hand soap, but you should bring shower gel.
There is cable TV (Netflix smart TV with internet) and free WIFI internet, the password of which is available on the router. A laptop safe, clothes dryer, towel drying radiator, and hair dryer are also available for the comfort of our guests.
The apartment also has a baby bathtub and high chair for children, as well as a toilet seat.
